Billing and collections
Your billing and collections agent works from the invoices, payments and client notes in your company brain. It never invents a figure: every amount comes from your invoicing system.
What changes after a month.
Figures from our first customers will go here once they are measured.
Average days from invoice to payment, before and after.
Time no longer spent matching and chasing.
Money still unpaid 30 days after the due date.
Questions about getting paid.
Will it email my clients without asking?
No. Every email to a client waits for your approval by default. Once you trust a type of reminder, you can let it go out on its own.
Which invoicing tools does it work with?
Stripe, Holded, Xero and a3innuva. It needs one of them to read invoices; Wise or Stripe can add bank payments.
Can I change the reminder schedule?
Yes. Day 3, 10 and 21 is the starting point. Change the days, the tone or the time it runs whenever you like.
What if a client already promised to pay?
The agent reads the client's file and your email before writing. If someone promised a date, it waits and tells you why.
How much does it cost?
The billing agent fits in any plan: Starter $99, Growth $499 or Scale $999 a month, with the integrations included.
