Questions about your social media.
Does it publish without asking me?
No. Every post, every public reply and every deletion waits for your approval. Once you trust its replies to simple comments, you can lift that approval.
Which networks does it work with?
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok through Zernio, LinkedIn as your company page, and X directly or through Typefully. Without a connector it gives you the finished package to post by hand.
What does it do with complaints?
It never answers complaints, money matters or personal data on its own. It passes them to you with a proposed reply.
Where do the images come from?
From your own photos and videos, or Canva designs with your brand templates if Canva is connected. It does not shoot photos or videos.
How much does it cost?
It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid to its provider.
Where does my data live?
On a server only your company uses, with your account access kept in your own password vault and encrypted backups every 6 hours.
