Questions about your expenses.

Can it pay a supplier?

No. Paying, scheduling a transfer or changing a supplier's bank details is locked. If an invoice arrives with a different bank account than usual, it holds it and asks you to confirm by phone, because that is a common scam.

What if it cannot read an invoice?

It does not guess. The document goes to your review queue with the doubtful field marked, and you see it on the dashboard.

Does it decide what is deductible?

No, that is your accountant's job. It checks the invoice is complete and made out to your business, records it, flags withholdings apart and leaves the tax decisions to your accountant.

Which tools does it work with?

Your mailbox for incoming invoices, Google Drive, SharePoint or Box for the files, Holded, Xero or a3innuva for the books, and Wise, Mercury or Stripe to cross bank charges. Sage, QuickBooks and Spanish banks are not connected yet: upload the bank statement and it uses that.

How much does it cost?

It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid to its provider.

Where do my invoices live?

In your own folder and on a server only your company uses, with encrypted backups every 6 hours.
