Your company brain, in Gemini Enterprise.
If your company runs on Google with Gemini Enterprise, your admin adds Brainstack once. From then on everyone asks Gemini about clients, tasks and projects, and gets answers with sources, within their role.
- Gemini Enterprise
- Set up once by your Google admin
- Developers: Gemini CLI too
Two things: the autumn menu launch, with the creative due Thursday, and the newsletter on the 28th. Their brand team asked for no discount codes this time.
Connect Gemini Enterprise in five steps.
Short answer: yes, through Gemini Enterprise. Your Google admin allows custom MCP servers, adds Brainstack with your brain's address and sign-in details, and turns on its actions. Each person then signs in with Brainstack. The consumer Gemini app only allows custom apps on personal accounts in the US, so work accounts use Gemini Enterprise.
- 1
Copy the address and sign-in details
Gemini Enterprise asks for your brain's address and its OAuth details. All of them are in Brainstack, under team AI access.
- 2
Allow custom MCP servers
Custom MCP servers are off by default in Gemini Enterprise. Your admin allows them once in the organization policy.
This and the next two steps are for your Google admin. Everyone else only signs in.
- 3
Add Brainstack as a data store
Create a new data store of type Custom MCP Server, paste the address and the OAuth details, and create it.

Turn on its actions
Reload the custom actions and enable the ones your team should use. Actions that change something ask the person to confirm first.
- 5
Everyone signs in and asks
The first time Gemini uses Brainstack, each person signs in with their own account. From then on it answers within their role.
What your team can ask Gemini now.
Pick a question to see the answer. In beta, Gemini reaches knowledge, tasks and projects.
Warm and plain, no exclamation marks, and never a discount in the first line.

- Who sets it up
- Your Google admin, once: allow custom MCP servers, add Brainstack as a data store and enable its actions.
- Sign-in
- OAuth with each person's Brainstack account. No API keys to share.
- The Gemini app
- The consumer Gemini app allows custom apps only on personal Google accounts in the US, not on work or school accounts.

Questions, answered.
Does Gemini work with Brainstack?
Yes, through Gemini Enterprise, which can add remote MCP servers as data stores. Your admin adds Brainstack once, and each person's Gemini answers from your knowledge, tasks and projects, within their role.
Can we use the regular Gemini app?
Not for work accounts. The consumer Gemini app supports custom apps only for personal Google accounts in the US. For a company, Gemini Enterprise is the way in.
Does it work with Gemini CLI?
Yes. Add Brainstack to ~/.gemini/settings.json as an mcpServers entry with "httpUrl" set to your brain's address, then run /mcp auth brainstack to sign in.
Will Gemini see everything in our brain?
No. Each person signs in with their own Brainstack account, and Gemini sees only the spaces their role can open.
Who needs to be involved?
Your Google admin, for about ten minutes. After that, people only sign in.
What does it cost?
Team AI access comes with every Brainstack plan, from $99 a month. Your company keeps the Gemini plan it already pays for.
Gemini support checked on October 26, 2026.
