Client reports · works from your company brain

Client reports, sent before anyone asks.

Every Friday at 10:00 your agent writes each client a short report: what was done, what comes next, what you need from them and their numbers. Every morning it tells you if a project is slipping, before the client notices.

  • Bad news never goes out in writing first
  • Reads what really got done
  • Every Friday at 10:00

Your Fridays, before and after.

You today

  • Clients email "any news?" and you scramble for an answer.
  • Reports go out when you find time, so some clients go weeks without one.
  • A delay surfaces when the client complains.
  • You copy numbers from four tools into each report.

With your client reports agent

  • Every client gets a short report every Friday.
  • Each point backed by a task, a deliverable or a number.
  • A slipping project flagged at 9:00, with what to tell the client.
  • Bad news held until you have talked to them.

Its jobs, on a schedule.

It arrives with these jobs ready. Change any time, format or channel before it starts.

  1. Every Friday · 10:00

What was done, what comes next, what you need from them and their numbers, from tasks, deliverables and connected tools.

  2. Weekdays · 9:00

    Is anything slipping?

Compares each plan with what is done: late milestones, tasks blocked over three days, deliverables waiting on the client.

  3. When a client asks for news

    Report brought forward

Spots "any news?" in your mailbox and flags their report for today.

  4. When a milestone is reached

    Good-news note

Prepares a short note so the client hears about the win, with your approval.

What it never does without you.

Good news can go out once you allow it. Bad news always goes through you first. You can tighten these, never loosen them by accident.

Questions about client reports.

What if the week went badly?

It does not send it. A delay, a blocker, a mistake or a sharp drop in numbers is held, and you get a note with what to tell the client so you call first.

Can it invent progress?

No. Every point has a task, a deliverable or a number read that day behind it. If nothing moved, the report says so.

Does it send reports on its own?

At first every report waits for your yes. Once you trust it, good and normal weeks can go out directly; bad news always comes to you.

Which project tools does it read?

Asana, monday, Linear or a Google Sheets sheet, plus deliverables in Google Docs, Google Drive, Notion or SharePoint. ClickUp and Trello have no connector yet.

Who receives the report?

Only the client contacts on record in your company brain, from the mailbox of the person in charge and with their signature. A new contact asking for it comes to you first.

How much does it cost?

It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid to its provider.

Where does client data live?

On a server only your company uses, with your connections kept in your own password vault and encrypted backups every 6 hours.

This Friday, every client hears from you.
