What your agents do in Teams.

Teams becomes the place where agents report. Decisions stay where you approve: Brainstack, Telegram, Slack, Discord or email.

  • Does it

    Posts updates in channels

What each agent finished, in the channel where that work belongs.

  • Does it

    Sends you a morning summary

One chat message with what got done overnight and what needs you.

  • Does it

    Points to what needs you

The post says what is waiting for a yes and links to it in Brainstack. You approve there, or on Telegram, Slack, Discord or email.

  • Asks you first

    Hands work to a person

Tags whoever owns the next step, after you agree who that is.

  • Does it

    Warns when a number slips

A late payment, a spike in tickets or an ad over budget, flagged the same morning.

  • Does it

    Shares the weekly report

Posted to the team on Monday, with links to every source.

What it can do in Microsoft Teams

  • Post in the channels you pick
  • Send you direct messages
  • Tag a person after you agree
  • Share reports with links to their sources

Never without your yes

  • Post in channels you did not pick
  • Message guests or clients without your yes
  • Delete or edit people's messages
  • Change teams, members or settings

Your Teams access is kept in your own vault, on your own server in the US or Europe. Remove it in Brainstack or in your Microsoft 365 admin centre and access ends at once.

Teams questions, answered.

Does my team need to install anything?

No. An admin connects Teams once and your agents start posting in the channels you choose.

Can agents read our conversations?

Agents use Teams to post and to message you. Your company brain learns from the sources you connect on purpose, like SharePoint or Drive, not from private chats.

We use Slack, not Teams.

Slack works the same way, and so do Telegram and email. Pick the channel your team already lives in.

Who can approve what?

You decide per agent: sending, publishing, spending and anything above an amount you set. Approvals happen in Brainstack, Telegram, Slack, Discord or email; Teams carries the updates and summaries, so everyone else just sees the post.

What does the Teams integration cost?

It is included in every plan: Starter $99, Growth $499 and Scale $999 a month.

Run your agents from Teams.
