BetaTeam AI access

Everyone keeps their AI. Now it knows your company.

Connect the Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor each person already uses to your company brain. They ask in their own chat and get your clients, prices and decisions with sources, never more than their role allows.

One brain. Their own AI. Only what their role allows.

Three people, three AIs. Three different prices.

Today everyone pastes what they remember into their own chat, and gets an answer that sounds sure. Connect the brain and every AI gives the same answer, with the source.

Three answers, none of them checked.

One address. Every AI.

Each person connects in about a minute, from the app they already have open. No installs, no keys to pass around.

  1. 1

    Copy your brain's address

Every company brain has its own, on its own server.

    https://brain.example.com/mcp

Example address. Yours is in your dashboard.

  2. 2

    Add it to your AI

Where your app lists connectors, apps or MCP servers. Each guide below shows the exact clicks.

    Server addresshttps://brain.example.com/mcp
  3. 3

    Sign in, and ask

With your own Brainstack account. From then on, your AI answers as you, with your access.

How it works, in one sentence. AI apps share an open standard for plugging into other tools, called MCP, and your company brain speaks it, so any app that supports it can ask your brain. Beta: today it covers knowledge, tasks and projects.

You hold the keys. Their AI respects them.

Decide which spaces each role can open. Their Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini sees exactly that, and nothing else. Try it: switch a key and ask again.

In beta, your team's AI reaches three parts of the brain: what your company knows, the tasks on everyone's plate, and the projects in flight.

Questions, answered.

What is team AI access?

It connects the AI app each person already uses, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor, to your company brain. People ask in their own chat and get answers from your clients, prices, decisions, tasks and projects, with sources, and only what their role allows. It's in beta and today covers knowledge, tasks and projects.

Which AI apps can connect?

Any AI app that can add a remote MCP server with sign-in. Today that includes Claude on the web and desktop (as a custom connector), ChatGPT on the web (in developer mode), Cursor and Claude Code. On Google, a Gemini Enterprise admin can add it for the company.

Do people have to share API keys?

No. Each person signs in with their own Brainstack account when they connect. Nobody shares a key, and every question is answered as that person.

Can someone see more through their AI than in Brainstack?

No. A connection never goes beyond the permissions of the person who signed in. If their role can't open the Finance space, their Claude or ChatGPT can't either.

What is MCP, and do I need to understand it?

No. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard AI apps use to plug into other tools. Your brain speaks it, so you paste one address into your AI and sign in.

Where does company data go when someone asks?

The brain lives on a server only your company uses. When someone asks from their AI, the answer goes to that app, and its provider processes it under the terms of that person's plan. Use your company's business plans for the strongest terms.

What does it cost?

Team AI access comes with the company brain in every plan: $99, $499 or $999 a month, or Enterprise. Each person keeps the AI plan they already pay for.

App support checked on October 26, 2026.
