Walk into every meeting already prepared.
Every weekday at 8:00 your agent leaves a one-page brief for each external meeting: who they are, what they want, what is pending and three useful questions. After the call it writes the summary, creates the tasks and drafts the follow-up email for your yes.

Questions about your meetings.
What does it need to work?
Your calendar connected: Google, Microsoft or Cal.com. With Fireflies it reads each call's transcript; without it, it works from your notes.
What if there is no recording?
It asks you for three lines: what was agreed, what is pending and by when. It never invents what was said. Zoom, Google Meet, tl;dv and Otter are not connected yet.
Does it send emails to my customers?
Only after your yes. The follow-up email waits in the thread until you approve it.
Does it touch my calendar?
No. It reads it, but never accepts, moves or cancels a meeting.
What about private meetings?
It skips internal and personal meetings and any you mark as private, and it never shares transcripts outside your team.
How much does it cost?
It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid to its provider.
Where does my meeting data live?
On a server only your company uses, with your logins kept in your own password vault and encrypted backups every 6 hours.
