Customer support that answers from your docs.
Every 15 minutes, from 7:00 to 22:00, your support agent reads what came in, answers the usual questions with your own help pages and the source attached, and puts any upset customer, or anyone asking for money, in front of a person.

Lists the questions without an answer, by topic, and drafts the help pages to fill the gaps.
What it never does without you.
At first every answer waits for your yes. Once you trust a topic, you remove the approval for that topic only. Money always stays with you.

Questions about your support.
Will an AI support agent make up answers?
No. If your docs do not say it, it does not say it: no invented deadlines, prices, warranties or return rules. It hands the question to a person with what it does know, and notes the gap for Friday's report.
Does it send replies on its own?
Not at first. Every answer waits for your yes. When you approve almost every answer on a topic unchanged, you can remove the approval for that topic only. Refunds, returns and cancellations always stay with a person.
Which helpdesks does it work with?
Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Help Scout and Chatwoot, plus your support mailbox. With Chatwoot it leaves private notes and a person posts the reply. There is no WhatsApp Business connector yet.
How fast does it answer?
It checks every 15 minutes from 7:00 to 22:00, so most customers hear back in minutes, not hours. It is not a live chat that answers the second a message arrives.
What goes straight to a person?
Upset customers, anyone asking for money, exceptions to a policy, complaints about an employee and legal or health matters. You get the case summarised with a proposed reply.
How much does it cost?
It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. No per-ticket fees, and your AI plan is paid to its provider.
Where does customer data live?
On a server only your company uses, with your connections kept in your own password vault and encrypted backups every 6 hours.
