Brainstack reads the tools you connect and keeps a living file for every client, each fact with its source. Your agents work from it, and your team asks it from the AI they already use.

#northwindSwitch on the tools where your company already writes things down. The brain reads those and only those.
Where things stand, what was agreed, what you promised and what is still open. Tap any fact to see where it came from.
Split the brain into spaces, like shelves in a room. Each space has its own sources and its own list of who can open it.
The brain answers each person with what their role allows, whether they ask in Brainstack or from their own Claude or ChatGPT.
31% this quarter, 4 points down while the launch discount runs. It goes back to normal in September.
Margins live in the Finance space, which your role can't open. Here's the account: renewal on November 30, proposal under review.
Every agent starts its day from the same brain, so it uses the price you agreed and the words your client used.
Knows the price you agreed, not the one on your list.
Answers only from your docs, and says where each answer came from.
Writes like your brand because it read your brand.
Meet the Meta Ads managerA project keeps the tasks, the files and the people and agents working on it in one place, inside the brain.
Each person keeps using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor. Now it answers with your clients, prices and decisions, and only what their role allows.
Every company brain has one, on its own server.
https://brain.example.com/mcpExample address. Yours appears in your dashboard.
In the connectors or tools settings of the app you already use.
With your Brainstack account. No API keys to share, and nobody gets more than their role.
Two things, both still open:
I can't see margins with your access. Anna in Finance can.
No. ChatGPT answers from what you paste into one chat. The company brain reads the tools you connect, keeps one living file per client with a source for every fact, updates itself every weekday evening and answers each person with only what their role allows. Agents and your team's own AI work from the same brain.
Only the sources you connect, such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Notion, HubSpot, Slack or Microsoft Teams. You choose each source and the space it goes into. Nothing else is read.
Every weekday at 19:00 it brings active clients up to date from your connected sources, and once a week it checks for information that has gone stale.
You set permissions per person, per role and per knowledge space. Finance can see margins; Sales sees the account but not the margin. The same rule applies when someone asks from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor.
On a server only your company uses, with encrypted backups every 6 hours. Your AI provider processes what an agent or a person sends it, under the terms of your plan.
Not yet. What we do have: one server per customer, per-person permissions, approvals before anything leaves, a record of what each agent did, and GDPR terms.
No. MCP is a standard way for AI apps to plug into other tools. You paste one address into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor and sign in. For Gemini, an admin adds it once in Gemini Enterprise (see how). Team AI access is in beta and today covers knowledge, tasks and projects.
Yes. Every plan includes the company brain. Plans start at $99 per month, plus the AI plan your company already pays for.
