Your Monday, before and after.

You today

  • Open the shop, the bank, Meta and Analytics one by one.
  • Copy figures into a spreadsheet you never finish.
  • See a drop and not know if it is real or a bad week.
  • Wait for someone to pull the numbers when you have a question.

With your weekly numbers

  • Five figures in one message every Monday at 8:00.
  • Each one against last week and the four-week average.
  • Big changes explained, or an honest "I can't see why".
  • Any question answered with the figure and how it was calculated.

Its jobs, on a schedule.

One summary a week, and answers whenever you ask. Change the day or time before it starts.

  1. On day one

    Pick your five figures

Agrees with you the five figures that move your business, where each comes from, its formula and its target.

  2. Every Monday · 8:00

    Weekly business summary

Reads last week from each source, checks the data is complete and compares it with the week before and the four-week average.

  3. Every Monday · 8:00

Why it moved, and one thing to watch

For every change over 15% it looks for the cause in your data: a campaign, a holiday, a big customer. Then one single thing to watch.

  4. When you ask

Answer a question about your data

The answer first, then the figure and how it was calculated. If the data is not enough, it tells you instead of guessing.

What it never does without you.

It only reads and explains. Sharing goes through your yes in Brainstack, Slack, Telegram, Discord or email; changing your tools is not on the menu.

Questions about your numbers.

Which five figures does it use?

The ones you agree in the first task: usually sales, new customers, what each customer costs, money collected and one figure of your own, each with its source, formula and target. Without them there is no summary.

Can it change anything in my tools?

No. It only reads your ads, shop, CRM and spreadsheets. It creates, edits and deletes nothing, and moves no money.

What if the data is incomplete?

It says so next to the figure and does not compare it. If a question cannot be answered with your data, it tells you instead of giving a number.

Which tools can it read?

Sales from Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce or Holded, your website from Google Analytics or PostHog, ads from Meta or Google, contacts from HubSpot or Attio, and spreadsheets in Google Sheets or SharePoint. It needs at least one.

How much does it cost?

It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid to its provider.

Where does my data live?

On a server only your company uses, with your tool access kept in your own password vault and encrypted backups every 6 hours.
