Short answer: yes, Claude can use your company brain. Add your brain's address as a custom connector in Claude's Connectors settings, sign in with your Brainstack account, then switch Brainstack on in any chat. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it once for everyone.

Copy your brain's address
It's in Brainstack, under team AI access. One address for the whole company.

Open Connectors in Claude
In Claude's settings, go to Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it once in Organization settings, under Connectors. Everyone else only clicks Connect.

Paste the address
Name it Brainstack, paste your brain's address and click Add.

Connect and sign in
Click Connect next to Brainstack and sign in with your own Brainstack account. Claude gets your access, nothing more.

Switch it on and ask
In a chat, open the + menu, switch Brainstack on under Connectors and ask the way you always do.

Does Claude work with Brainstack?
Yes. Claude supports custom connectors, and your company brain is one. Add your brain's address in Claude's Connectors settings, sign in with Brainstack, and Claude can answer from your knowledge, tasks and projects, within your role.
Which Claude plans support custom connectors?
Free (limited to one custom connector), Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. On Team and Enterprise, only an owner can add a custom connector for the organization; members then connect it themselves.
Do I need Claude Team or Enterprise?
No. Each person can add Brainstack on their own Pro or Max plan. Team and Enterprise make it simpler: an owner adds it once and everyone clicks Connect.
Will Claude see everything in our brain?
No. Claude signs in as one person and sees only the spaces that person's role can open. If Leo can't open Finance in Brainstack, Leo's Claude can't either.
Do I need to know what MCP is?
No. MCP is the open standard Claude uses for connectors. You only paste one address and sign in.
What does it cost?
