Brainstack + Google Drive
Ten years of Drive files, finally put to work.
Connect Google Drive and your agents read the briefs, quotes and contracts you already have. Every answer points to the file it came from, and finished work lands back in the right folder.
- Only the folders you pick
- Every answer cites its file
- Indexed on your own server

The first read builds your company brain. After that it keeps up on its own.
Re-reads changes every night
Your files, your rules.
What it can do in Google Drive
- Read the folders you selected
- Keep an index of them on your own server
- Create new files in the folder you choose
- Cite the file behind every answer
Never without your yes
- Share a file or link outside your company
- Delete or move your existing files
- Open folders you did not select
- Show a file to someone who cannot open it in Drive
Your Drive access is kept in your own vault and the index lives on your own server in the US or Europe. Disconnect it in Brainstack or in your Google account and access ends at once.
Works even better with these.
Google Drive questions, answered.
Does Brainstack read my whole Drive?
No. You pick the folders when you connect, and agents only see those. You can add or remove folders at any time.
Which file types can agents read?
Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, plus PDFs and common Office files stored in Drive.
Can an agent change or delete my documents?
Agents create new files in the folders you allow. They do not delete or move your existing files, and sharing outside your company waits for your approval.
Where is the index of my files stored?
On your own Brainstack server in the US or Europe, with encrypted backups every 6 hours. Your agents run on your company's Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini plan.
What does the Google Drive integration cost?
It is included in every plan: Starter $99, Growth $499 and Scale $999 a month. You pay for the agents, not for the connections.
