Questions about your stock.
Can it order from my suppliers?
No. It proposes what to order and how much, with the amount; placing the order and paying are always yours. If you have the Suppliers and purchasing agent, what you approve reaches it as a proposal.
How does it decide how much to order?
Average daily sales over 28 days, without the days a product was out, times the supplier's lead time plus your target cover and safety days, minus what you have and what is already on its way. Rounded to the supplier's case size, with the formula shown.
What if I don't know a supplier's lead time?
It uses 14 days, marks every line where it assumed it and opens a task asking you for the real one.
Will it change stock or prices in my store?
No. It only reads the store. Counts and shrinkage are recorded in your stock sheet or Holded, after your approval.
Which stores does it work with?
Shopify, WooCommerce and Square, plus a Google Sheets stock sheet or Holded. PrestaShop and warehouse software are not connected yet.
How much does it cost?
It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid to its provider, as always.
Where does my stock data live?
On a server only your company uses, with your store and tool access kept in your own password vault and encrypted backups every 6 hours.
