Questions about your numbers.
What is AI financial reporting for a small business?
An agent that reads your accounting tool, payments and bank, explains your month on one page on the 3rd and checks your cash for the next 90 days every Monday. It reads, counts and explains; it does not keep your books.
Can it change anything in my accounting?
No. It reads Holded, Xero or a3innuva, your bank and Stripe or PayPal. It moves no money, changes no entries and closes no periods.
How does it forecast cash?
From your real balance, open invoices by due date (counting how late each client usually pays), fixed costs, payroll and quarterly taxes on their dates. Without a real balance from the bank or a statement, it publishes no forecast.
Does it help with my accountant?
It prepares the data and notes your accountant needs and puts tax dates in your cash calendar. It does not decide what is deductible or file anything.
Which tools does it work with?
Holded, Xero or a3innuva for accounting; Wise, Mercury or Stripe for cash; Stripe or PayPal for card payments. Sage, QuickBooks and Spanish banks via PSD2 are not connected yet: upload a statement instead.
How much does it cost?
It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid to its provider.
Where do my financial data live?
On a server only your company uses, with your tool access kept in your own password vault and encrypted backups every 6 hours.
