On Microsoft Teams your agents post updates and briefs. The yes for Northwind happens on Slack, Telegram, Discord, email or the web dashboard.
Whatever you pick, everything also shows up in the web dashboard, on the agent's own dashboard.
Your own bot. Your name on it.
No shared Brainstack bot. You create yours, it talks only to your company's server, and every person on your team links their own account.

Your bot answers your team. Nobody else.
A bot is team only from day one. If a stranger finds it, the agent stays quiet and you decide what happens next.
Not yet. Third notice went out on Monday; $730, 21 days late.
The agent doesn't run. You get a notice in your inbox instead:
Closed. Switch the bot to open and set how much guests can use each month.
Answers with no tools and no company memory, within the cap you set.
Only the owner can open a bot to guests. Approvals are always owner only.
Email that waits for your yes.
Give an agent a company inbox and it drafts the replies. Nothing goes out until a person approves the exact words.
- What you approve is what's sent, word for word.
- Nobody decides in 7 days? The draft is discarded.
- Once a run has read mail, every send from it waits for a person.

Questions, answered.
Which channels can my agents use?
Slack, Telegram and Discord, Gmail and Outlook inboxes, and Microsoft Teams for updates. The web dashboard is always there too. You can mix them: the same agent can brief you on Telegram and post to a Slack channel.
Can I approve from Microsoft Teams?
Not today. Microsoft Teams receives updates and daily briefs in the chats and channels you choose. Approvals run on Telegram, Slack, Discord, email and the web dashboard.
Is it my own bot?
Yes. You create your own Telegram bot, Slack app or Discord application, with your name on it, and it points at your own server. There is no shared bot and no shared relay between companies.
Who can talk to my agents?
Only your team, by default. Each person links their own chat account once. Someone who is not linked gets no answer from the agent, and you get a notice so you can invite them, let them in as a guest or ignore them.
Do agents send emails on their own?
Not by default. When an agent answers from a company inbox, each reply waits for approval with the exact text that will go out. An owner or admin can switch that off per agent.
Do you support WhatsApp?
Not today. For a phone-first experience, Telegram works the same way: messages, voice notes, photos and one-tap approvals.
Does my team need to install anything?
No new app. Your agents join the Slack, Teams, Telegram, Discord or inbox your team already uses. Setting up a bot takes a few minutes and we guide you through it.
Do channels cost extra?
No. Every plan includes channels. Plans start at $99 per month, plus the AI plan your company already pays for.
