Questions about your competitors.
What does it watch?
Their website, prices, services and offers, news and launches, the ads they run in Meta's public ad library and their public reviews. Only what changed since the last snapshot counts.
Who chooses the competitors?
You. If there is no list, it proposes three to five based on what you sell and asks you to confirm them.
Will it contact my competitors?
Never. It publishes, replies to and contacts no one, does not pose as a customer and does not enter areas behind a login.
What about prices "on request"?
It does not invent them. If reviews or public sources give a hint, it shows it marked as a hint.
Will it flood me with alerts?
No. During the week it only alerts when something cannot wait until Monday. Typos and new photos are not news.
How much does it cost?
It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid to its provider.
Where does my competitor reports live?
On a server only your company uses, with your connections kept in your own password vault and encrypted backups every 6 hours.
