Questions about your inbox.

Can it send emails without me?

No. It saves replies as drafts and sends only the ones you approve. Creating, moving or cancelling meetings also waits for your yes, and it never deletes email.

Does it work with Outlook and Microsoft 365?

Yes. It works with Gmail or Outlook mailboxes and needs Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar connected; Cal.com is optional. With a plain IMAP mailbox it gives you a list instead of tidying.

How does it know which emails matter?

It reads your company brain: clients, open quotes, overdue invoices and your key people. Official notices go straight to the top. When unsure it moves an email up, and you correct it in plain words.

Will the replies sound like me?

It drafts in your greeting, sign-off and length, from how you write in the brain and what you correct. For the first two weeks it only sorts, so you see its choices before it writes anything.

Does it answer pricing or legal emails?

No. Legal, staff, pricing and money matters go to you with a one-line summary. It does not commit to dates, prices, discounts or a yes.

How much does it cost?

It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid directly to its provider.

Who can read my email?

Only your assistant, on a server only your company uses. Your colleagues do not see your inbox, and your mail access stays in your own password vault.

Tomorrow at 8:00, a sorted inbox.
