Questions about your proposals.

Does it send proposals on its own?

No. Proposals, reminders and contracts reach the customer only after your OK.

How does it set the price?

Three options from the rates in your Brain, never below your minimum. If the scope asked for cannot reach your minimum, it cuts scope, not price, and tells you. Every figure is marked for you to confirm.

What does it need from the call?

Your notes, the Fireflies transcript or the summary from Meeting prep and notes. Without any of them it does not draft: it asks you.

Can it write contracts?

Only from a template reviewed by your lawyer: it fills the blanks and marks anything unusual for legal review. It gives no legal advice, and signatures stay with you.

Will it make up case studies?

Never. It quotes real results from your case library, exactly, and only names a customer with permission. If there is no close case, it says so.

How much does it cost?

It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid to its provider.

Where does my customer data live?

On a server only your company uses, with your logins kept in your own password vault and encrypted backups every 6 hours.

Your next call ends with a proposal.
