Questions about hiring.

Does it reject candidates on its own?

No. It proposes shortlist, maybe and not a fit, each with the reason. Rejecting, advancing or making an offer is always your decision, and no email reaches a candidate without your yes.

How does it keep screening fair?

It scores only on your rubric, quoting the CV line that proves each point. It never scores on photo, age, name, university or gaps in the CV, and it checks your ad for unfair requirements.

Does it post the job ad for me?

It leaves the ad ready for you to post on InfoJobs, LinkedIn or your website. If you use Factorial or Personio, publishing there waits for your approval.

What about contracts and onboarding paperwork?

Those stay with your accountant or HR adviser. It puts them on your checklist with a date so nothing is forgotten.

How much does it cost?

It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid to its provider.

Where do candidates' CVs live?

In your own folder and on a server only your company uses, with encrypted backups every 6 hours. CVs are kept only as long as your privacy policy says.

Your next hire starts with a clear job ad.
