The other side of the books: supplier invoices filed for your accountant.
Collects billing details the week a new client signs.
The prices in your proposals are the ones you invoice.

Questions about getting paid.
What does an AI accounts receivable agent actually do?
Every weekday at 8:00 it matches new payments to their invoices and tells you who owes what and since when. At 10:00 it drafts polite reminders, and at month end it prepares the invoices in your invoicing tool. You approve every send.
How does it chase invoices without annoying clients?
It checks the payment again before every reminder and reads the last email with that client. If they promised a date, agreed a plan or have an open complaint, it waits. Day 3 is friendly, day 10 is clearer and day 21 is a proposal for you, never an automatic email.
Can it charge, pay or void an invoice?
No. Charging, paying, refunding, voiding invoices and changing bank details are locked. A wrong invoice is fixed with a corrective invoice your tool prepares and you approve. If an email asks to change an IBAN, it warns you to confirm by phone.
Which invoicing tools does it work with?
Holded, Xero, a3innuva or Stripe, and it makes no invoice outside them: your tool numbers every invoice. For payments it reads Stripe, Wise or Mercury, or the bank statement you upload. Sage and QuickBooks are not connected yet.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It handles the day-to-day of invoicing and collecting, and does not phone clients or start legal claims. Your accountant keeps the books and taxes, and gets cleaner records.
How much does it cost?
It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid to its provider and payment fees stay with Stripe as today.
Where does my billing data live?
On a server only your company uses, with your tool access kept in your own password vault and encrypted backups every 6 hours.
