Brainstack + Notion
Your Notion, finally up to date.
Connect Notion and your agents read your wiki before they work, then update the databases you never find time for: client trackers, onboarding checklists, meeting notes. You keep the structure, they keep it current.

An evening pass that brings every tracker up to date before tomorrow.

Your workspace, your rules.
What it can do in Notion
- Read the pages and databases you share
- Create pages in the places you allow
- Update rows, statuses and checklists
- Link each change to its source
Never without your yes
- Delete pages or databases
- Open pages you did not share
- Publish a page to the web
- Email a client because of a row, without your yes
Your Notion access is kept in your own vault, on your own server in the US or Europe. Remove the connection in Brainstack or in Notion's settings and access ends at once.
Works even better with these.
Notion questions, answered.
Can agents see my whole Notion workspace?
No. Notion only lets Brainstack open the pages you share with it, and you can stop sharing a page at any time.
Will it mess up my database structure?
Agents fill rows and update properties you already have. They do not delete pages or databases.
Is Notion also part of the company brain?
Yes. The pages you share become sources agents read before they work, and every answer can point back to the page it used.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. Connections work on any Notion plan that lets you add integrations to your workspace.
What does the Notion integration cost?
It is included in every plan: Starter $99, Growth $499 and Scale $999 a month. You pay for the agents, not for the connections.
