Draft reply
Hi Priya, thanks for the early heads-up.
We can keep last quarter's price on the 40 boxes for 90 days, as in the quote we signed in June. I've attached it again so you have it to hand.
Priya asks to keep the old price. The draft says yes for 90 days, as in your June quote.

What it can do in Gmail
- Read new mail in the mailbox you connect
- Write drafts in your tone
- Send a reply you approved, from your address
- Save attachments to the Drive folder you pick
Never without your yes
- Send anything to a customer without your yes
- Delete or empty any folder
- Forward a thread outside your company
- Read mailboxes you did not connect
Your Gmail access is kept in your own vault, on your own server in the US or Europe. Disconnect it in Brainstack or in your Google account and access ends at once.
Works even better with these.
Gmail questions, answered.
Will the agent send emails on its own?
Not to your customers. Replies wait for your approval by default, and you can approve them in the dashboard, Slack or Telegram. You decide later if some kinds of email can go out on their own.
Does it work with Google Workspace?
Yes. Personal Gmail and Google Workspace mailboxes connect the same way, by signing in with Google.
I use Outlook. Is there an equivalent?
Yes. Outlook mailboxes connect too, with the same approvals and the same agents.
Is my email used to train AI models?
Brainstack does not train models. Your agents run on your company's own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini plan, under that provider's terms, and your data sits on your own server in the US or Europe.
What does the Gmail integration cost?
It is included in every plan: Starter $99, Growth $499 and Scale $999 a month. You pay for the agents, not for the connections.
