- Does it
Posts its work
Reports, summaries and finished drafts land in the channel your team already reads.
- Asks you first
Brings you decisions
Anything that needs your yes arrives as one short message. Reply and the agent carries on.

Answers with sources
Ask "what did we promise Halcyon?" and get the answer with the file it came from.
- Reads

What it can do in Slack
- Read and post in channels it was invited to
- Send you direct messages with decisions
- Answer questions with links to sources
- Save decisions from threads to the client file
Never without your yes
- Read channels or DMs it was not invited to
- Accept an approval from someone who is not the owner
- Post in shared channels with other companies
- Delete anyone's messages
Your Slack bot token is kept in your own vault, on your own server in the US or Europe. Remove the app from your workspace and access ends at once.
Works even better with these.
Slack questions, answered.
Can I approve agent actions from Slack?
Yes. Decisions arrive as a direct message and you answer there. Only the owner of a decision can approve it.
Does the bot read every channel?
No. It only reads and posts in channels you invite it to, plus direct messages with you.
Is it our own bot or a shared one?
Your own. It runs from your Brainstack server and carries your company's name, not ours.
We use Microsoft Teams. Is there an equivalent?
Yes for updates: agents post summaries to Teams chats and channels. Approvals then happen in Brainstack, Telegram, Discord or email.
What does the Slack integration cost?
It is included in every plan: Starter $99, Growth $499 and Scale $999 a month. You pay for the agents, not for the connections.
