Your reviews, before and after.

You today

  • Most good reviews never get a thank-you.
  • A one-star review sits unanswered for days.
  • You reply to the angry one late at night, and regret the tone.
  • Nobody connects three reviews about the same problem.

With your review manager

  • Every review gets a short, personal reply in your voice.
  • A bad review reaches you within the hour, with a calm reply ready.
  • Three complaints about the same thing flagged the morning they add up.
  • One page a month with your rating, the complaints and what to change.

Its jobs, on a schedule.

It arrives with these jobs ready. Change any time, rule or channel before it starts.

  1. Every hour · 8:00 to 22:00

    New reviews, replied

Reads each listing, writes a two to four sentence reply using the name and something concrete they said, and publishes what you approved.

  2. When a bad review lands

    Alert with the reply ready

Tells you at once: the review, the stars, a careful reply and what to check first: order, date, location, who served them.

  3. When 3 say the same thing

    Repeated complaint

Three mixed or bad reviews on the same theme in 30 days trigger one alert: it is a business problem, not a review problem.

Questions about your reviews.

Does it publish replies on its own?

Not at first. Every reply waits for your yes. Once you trust its thank-yous, you can remove the approval for good reviews only; mixed and bad ones always come to you before anything is published.

How fast does it see a new review?

It checks every hour from 8:00 to 22:00, so a bad review reaches you within the hour with a reply ready. It is not instant to the second.

Which review sites does it cover?

Google, through your Google Business Profile, for every listing you connect. Trustpilot, Tripadvisor and Doctoralia have no connector yet.

Can it remove a fake review?

No one can delete a Google review from outside. It flags the ones that look fake with the reason, suggests a neutral reply and you decide whether to report it to Google.

Will it promise customers money in public?

Never. It apologises without arguing and offers your private phone or email to talk. Any refund, discount or gift is your decision, in private.

How much does it cost?

It is one of the agents in your plan: Starter at $99 a month includes 3, Growth at $499 includes 10 and Scale at $999 includes 25. Your AI plan is paid to its provider.

Where does my review data live?

On a server only your company uses, with your connections kept in your own password vault and encrypted backups every 6 hours.

Every new review, answered fast.
